"It does what it supposed to do…"
It does what it supposed to do most of the time, but I wouldn’t say it’s super reliable. Sometimes it works fine and then other times it kinda acts up for no clear reason. Not terrible, just wish it was more consistent.

"I’m still waiting on my refund…"
I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s been really frustrating. Support barely got back to me, and when they did, it felt like no one actually knew who was responsible for handling it. I kept getting passed around with no clear answer, which just made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be

"Booking issue sorted quickly"
I had a bit of a panic when my booking didn’t show up after I’d already paid. I emailed DesignMyNight not really knowing what to expect, and felt so relieved when they got back to me quicker than I thought they would. They found the booking, resent the confirmation, and made the whole thing really easy. No hassle at all in the end. I’d definitely use them again.

"Useful, but I’d double check your booking"
I used designmynight to book a table and, for the most part, it was straightforward. It’s handy for browsing places and making plans, but the availability didn’t seem totally reliable. One venue showed as available online, then called me afterwards to say they were actually fully booked. that felt a bit frustrating and not ideal when you’re trying to organise a night out. I’d still use it for finding spots, but I’d probably call the venue after booking just to make sure everything is confirmed

"I used a voucher through DesignMyNight…"
I used a voucher through designmynight and it did work, so I can’t complain too much. But i found the redeeming part a bit confusing at first. It took me a few tries to figure out where I was meant to enter it, which was a little annoying when I just wanted to get it sorted. I got there in the end, but it wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped...

"Pretty simple overall"
I found it easy to use, which is the main thing I cared about. I was kind of jumping around between pages on my phone, and most of it worked fine, though a few pages did lag a little. Not a huge deal, just something I noticed while using it.

"Nice spot for drinks"
Used DesignMyNight to find somewhere for drinks with a few friends and the place we ended up at had a really nice vibe. I can’t remember all the details now, but it was cosy, nicely lit, and early on it wasn’t too loud, which was good because we could actually chat. It did get packed later on and the service slowed down a bit, so I’d probably say 4 stars rather than 5. But overall we had a good night and I’d use it again.

"Easy to book, especially based on my latest experience"
I just used DesignMyNight to book a table recently, so it’s still fresh in my mind. it was straightforward enough, I found the place, chose the time, and the confirmation came through quickly. The only slightly annoying bit was that the page slowed down when I tried changing the date, and I had to refresh it once. But since everything worked smoothly after that, I’m left with a good impression overall. It saved me having to call the venue, and based on this most recent booking, I’d use it again.

"Prices Were Mostly What I Expected"
I booked a bar through them and the prices were shown upfront, which was nice. I’ll admit I expected there to be some sneaky extra fees, so I ended up checking the charges twice just to be sure. In the end, it all seemed fair enough and close to what was presented.

I had a bit of a wobble with my booking and wasn’t totally sure if it had actually gone through properly, so I emailed customer support and they got back to me quickly which was a big relief because I didn’t want to leave it hanging, the person who helped was really friendly and just sorted it out without making the whole thing feel complicated or stressful. it was nice to deal with support that was actually helpful for once, I’d definitely use DesignMyNight again

I used DesignMyNight last weekend when I wanted to find something fun to do but didn’t want to spend ages jumping between different sites. It was actually really easy to use, and I liked being able to compare a bunch of events in one place before committing to anything. I ended up booking a comedy night I probably never would’ve found on my own, and the booking process was quick and straightforward. I’m always a bit cautious with booking stuff online, but this felt simple and low-stress. I’d definitely use it again when I’m stuck for ideas

I booked tickets through DesignMyNight and they showed up in my email quickly. It was simple to find them and show them at the door. The only thing is the confirmation page could have been a bit clearer because at first I wasn’t sure if the booking had actually gone through. Got sorted in the end though

"Easy payment, surprisingly painless"
I booked tickets through DesignMyNight and, i was expecting some kind of annoying checkout issue because these sites can be hit or miss. But the payment went through really quickly with no hassle, and the confirmation landed almost straight away. It felt almost too simple, which somehow made me double-check everything, but yeah, it worked fine for me.

"Refund finally came through"
I did get my refund in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but wow, it felt like I had to wait forever and poke them a bit to get things moving. Not the worst experience of my life or anything dramatic like that, but definitely not smooth either. Just kind of okay.
